The Stair Barrier was born from a frustration every design-conscious parent knows: the only gates that worked were ugly, and the good-looking ones weren’t built for real staircases.
Over 8 years of product development, customer feedback, and relentless refinement, we built the gate we wish had always existed — a premium fabric safety barrier that actually belongs in your home. Originally crafted in the United States, our gates have always been held to the highest standard. In November 2025, we relaunched with a best-in-class global manufacturing partner to bring The Stair Barrier to more families across America — with the same ASTM F1004 safety certification, the same thoughtful design, and the same commitment to quality that built our loyal following.
