Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after your purchase.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time. If you are located outside the US, we recommend sending your order to a friend or family member in the United States who is willing to forward it to you.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and fulfilled from our manufacturing and fulfillment partner. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.

Please allow sufficient time for processing before shipment. During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions, fulfillment may take additional time. We will always communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending on package size and rates. Expedited shipping options and estimated costs are available at checkout.

Orders of $150 or more ship free of charge via Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground.

Order Tracking

A tracking confirmation email is sent automatically when your order ships. Use the tracking link provided to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Cancellations & Refused Packages

Please note: Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. If your order has shipped and you refuse to accept the package or request a return to sender, you will be charged a restocking fee upon delivery back to our facility.

Carrier Delays

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. The Stair Barrier is not liable for carrier delays.
